Welcome to Igris.bot, a product developed and operated by Effortless Labs PTE. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Singapore (UEN : 202424642E), with its registered office at 165B Telok Ayer Street, Singapore 068617 ("Effortless Labs", "Igris", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Igris Platform located at https://www.igris.bot (the "Platform") and any related products, APIs, SDKs, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Nature of the Platform

Igris is a non-custodial, interface-only execution software platform that enables users to perform multi-chain swaps, bridges, and related DeFi transactions.

We do not:

  • Store or control any user funds, wallets, or private keys.
  • Execute transactions on your behalf without your authorization.
  • Provide investment, financial, or legal advice.

All transactions are initiated and approved by you through your connected wallet, and you are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your credentials and assets.

3. No Financial or Investment Advice

Igris is not a licensed financial institution, broker-dealer, or investment adviser under the laws of Singapore or any other jurisdiction.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial guidance, or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset.

You acknowledge that all decisions to use the Platform are made at your own risk and discretion.

4. Ownership of Assets

When you initiate a transaction using Igris, you retain full ownership and control of your digital assets.

Effortless Labs does not take custody or assume ownership of any user funds.

We merely provide the technical infrastructure to route and settle transactions between compatible networks.

5. Wallet Connectivity and Fees

You may connect your own compatible digital wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) to use Igris.

We do not have access to your wallet or private keys and cannot recover lost credentials.

Certain routes or features may include protocol-level or service fees.

All fees are transparent and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when initiating transactions.
  • Use Igris in compliance with applicable laws, including sanctions and AML regulations.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, exploitative, or unlawful behavior.
  • Not attempt to compromise or disrupt the Platform’s integrity or functionality.

You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect limited data necessary to provide and improve the Platform — such as wallet addresses, transaction metadata, and analytics data.

By using Igris, you consent to this data being processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited data with service providers or regulators as required by law.

8. Security Disclaimer

We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection from hacking, phishing, or third-party breaches.

You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet and device.

Igris and Effortless Labs are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet or network vulnerabilities.

9. Risks in Cross-Chain Transactions

By using Igris, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Cross-chain transactions may fail due to network congestion, bridge downtime, or insufficient liquidity.
  • Transaction delays, high gas fees, or chain re-organizations may occur.
  • Transactions are irreversible once executed.

You assume full responsibility for all risks inherent in DeFi operations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and design elements on the Platform are the exclusive property of Effortless Labs PTE. Ltd. or its licensors.

No license or ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written consent.

11. Modifications and Suspension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice or liability.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will meet your expectations or deliver specific outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Effortless Labs and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 100 or the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, whichever is higher.

You use Igris entirely at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Effortless Labs PTE. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its Rules, in English, with one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules.

The arbitration seat shall be Singapore.

Each party waives any right to trial by jury or participation in class actions.

16. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Effortless Labs.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent.
